Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram (buttons at wagentapp.com) and just say what you need:

Hi, I need a website for my nasi lemak stall in Bedok

Alice — our front-of-house assistant — takes it from there. She'll ask about your business a few questions at a time: which pages you want, your opening hours, contact details, photos, your logo. Answer naturally, in any language; send photos straight from your camera roll.

• Welcome credit: verify your email with a 6-digit code and S$3 starting credit is added to your account.
• No photos yet? Our guide to creating website images with ChatGPT takes 10 minutes — and any logo you send gets its background removed free.
• Inspiration: seen a website you love? Send Alice the link — we screenshot and study it for your design.

Once Alice has enough, she proposes a plan — pages, content, style. Say yes and the build starts immediately. 20–40 minutes later you get a preview link:

• The preview carries a DRAFT watermark — it disappears completely once you approve and pay.
• Open it on your phone — that's how most of your visitors will see it.
• Ask progress? anytime — Alice reports the real stage and an honest time estimate.

Tell Alice what to change, in plain words:

Make the heading bigger, swap the hero photo for the one I just sent, and add our delivery hours

• Batch your requests — each round takes a few minutes, so Alice collects everything before starting one round.
• Send a screenshot of the bit you mean — we read it and find the exact spot.
• Want it generally nicer without specifics? Say make it more professional — the design director reviews the whole site.
• Revise as many times as you need — you only pay when you're happy.

For small tweaks you don't even need to ask. Open your site with the Edit button visible (Alice sends the right link — it ends in ?preview=true), then:

1. Tap ✏️ Edit in the bottom ribbon.
2. A 6-digit code arrives in your chat — enter it to unlock edit mode. (Only you receive codes, so the link is safe even if someone else opens it.)
3. Tap any text to retype it, any photo to replace it (we optimize it automatically), any link to change it. Try different colour Looks and text sizes, and fine-tune widths and spacing in the side panel.
4. Press Save & publish — your changes go live in about a minute. Exit edit mode anytime.

• Updates anytime: message Alice — new prices, new photos, new opening hours go live in minutes. Small edits you can also do yourself with the Edit button.
