## What it is
WAgent (wagentapp.com), by Cortexum AI Pte Ltd (Singapore), is a web-design studio that runs
as a team of AI agents you talk to in chat. There is nothing to install and no account to
create — you message the WhatsApp or Telegram number, describe your business, and receive a
finished website. A human operator supervises every launch.

## Who it's for
Small businesses in Singapore and Malaysia: restaurants and hawkers, property agents,
clinics, salons, tradespeople, studios and shops. It serves customers in English, Chinese
(中文) and Malay (Melayu).

## What you get
A professionally designed brochure website: home, about, services, menu, gallery, listings
and contact pages. Mobile-first, fast-loading (no plugins or templates), with full SEO and
GEO built in so search engines and AI assistants can find and cite the business. Live
content updates after launch are made by chatting with the agent — there is no CMS, no
designer to hire, and no maintenance. Optional add-ons (in beta) include an online shop with
ordering and payments, and email newsletters.

2. Alice, the front-of-house assistant, gathers details and proposes a plan you approve.
3. The build team — Franco (design director) and Jimmy (designer-developer) — creates the site.
4. You review a draft preview link in your browser and revise it in chat as many times as needed.
5. You pay S$50 only after you're happy; the site goes live, first year of hosting with 1 GB storage included (then S$50 per year).
6. You can connect your own domain for free, and update content anytime by messaging.

Flat S$50 for a complete website, first year of hosting with 1 GB storage included; hosting then renews at S$50 per year. No deposit and no hourly
charges; payment is taken only after you approve the draft. Prices shown in SGD, MYR or USD

## Compared to Wix and WordPress
